What does a typical session look like?

Appointments begin with a quick review of the last week's goals, progress and challenges.  We then move to the focus and goals you choose for our interaction.  As your coach I listen, ask powerful questions, encourage, challenge and contribute observations as well as practical concepts and tools to assist you in reaching your full potential.  Coaching sessions typically last 45-55 minutes and end with a clear set of action steps and insights, that we have discovered together, for you to take in the week ahead.
